Late Models Set to Mob Meridian for Kart Idaho 10K Double Jackpot

The Northwest’s best Late Model racers invade Meridian Speedway this Saturday, September 7, for the Kart Idaho 10K Late Model Double Jackpot presented by Factory Motor Parts.  The NAPA Auto Parts Big 5 Late Models join Late Models from across the region in twin 100 lap features, while the Northwest Tour Truck Series, Teleperformance Street Stocks, Factory Motor Parts Mini Stocks, High School Tuners, and Junior Stingers compete for Saturday night’s Atnip Racing Feature Flags.

The Kart Idaho 10K Late Model Double Jackpot brings a stacked field to bear on their two 100 lap main events this Saturday.  With competitors from across the I-84 corridor and beyond, there’s no telling who will end up door-to-door fighting for the Atnip Racing Feature Flag.

The fan favorite Northwest Tour Truck Series returns to Meridian Speedway for the final time in 2019 this Saturday.  Known for their bare-knuckle brand of close quarters racing, you won’t want to miss a minute of these full contact speed machines.

The Teleperformance Street Stocks roll into Saturday night with just three race nights left in the 2019 campaign.  Less than two-tenths of a second separated Jesse James Lawson and Jeff Peck for the victory in the division’s last meeting.  Who will come out on top this week?

The Factory Motor Parts Mini Stocks chase Travis Pavlacky into their third-to-last meeting of the year.  Though his pickup has been the class of the Meridian Speedway ranks, the recent surge in Salt Lake City-area racers has pushed the Fruitland, Idaho racer to his limits.

Cody Castricone sits atop the High School Tuner division standings, just two points ahead of defending champion James Strikwerda.  Who will start their stretch run off with a win this Saturday?

With two races left on the 2019 schedule after this week’s clash, the Junior Stingers look to dethrone Delaney Grace.  With a 32 point lead over her nearest competitor Dylan Wardle, Grace can afford to take few chances in the season’s closing weeks.

General admission to a jam-packed Saturday night in the Concrete Jungle is just $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and military members, $7 for kids 7-11, and free for kids 6 and under.  Gates open at 4:45 p.m. with races going green at 6:45 p.m.  Skip the line at the gate and purchase your advance tickets now at www.meridianspeedway.com/tickets and receive exclusive updates by texting ‘meridianspeed’ to 84483.  We’ll see you this Saturday, September 7, for the Kart Idaho 10K Late Model Double Jackpot presented by Factory Motor Parts under the big yellow water tower at your NASCAR Home Track, Meridian Speedway.
