Strong Lineup Set for K&N Fan Appreciation Night

Meridian Speedway kicks July off with a bang this Saturday, July 1, with Fan Appreciation Night presented by K&N. The Pro Trucks, NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Modifieds, Teleperformance Claimer Stocks, Domino’s Legends, and College of Western Idaho High School Tuners take on the asphalt quarter-mile in a midseason throw down for the Allison Concrete hardware.

The rough and rowdy Pro Trucks return to Meridian Speedway this Saturday night for a night of no holds barred action. Rookie Jayden Park conquered the division’s first visit to the Concrete Jungle, but a stacked pack of racers looks to make their way to the top of the Pepsi-Cola scoreboard this weekend.

The NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Modifieds run double main events to anchor Saturday’s Fan Appreciation Night. Larry Hull and Hunter Gates split the division’s last double-header as they clawed their way closer to point leader Colton Nelson.

Saturday unleashes the Teleperformance Claimer Stocks on the quarter-mile. Dan Lowther continues his fight to the 36 point gap between himself and standings leader Brian Hyde.

The Domino’s Legends crowd the Concrete Jungle this Saturday with a group of newcomers looking to assert themselves atop the rookie points. Dayne Amyx, Donovan Barr, and Danny Abbot find themselves separated by just twenty markers entering Saturday night’s action.

Just thirty points stand between Kendra Occhipinti and her College of Western Idaho High School Tuner point leading little brother Taylor. Can Kendra race her way to victory and the top of the division standings?

Saturday night also features the Idaho Mountain Touring Bike Races for Kids. Bring a kid, a bike, and a helmet to the turn two gate by 5:55 to enter.

General admission to Saturday night’s full slate of action is just $11 for adults, $8.50 for seniors and military members, and $6.50 for kids 7-11. Skip the line at the gate and purchase your advance tickets online at  We’ll see you this Saturday under the big yellow water tower for Fan Appreciation Night at your NASCAR Home Track, Meridian Speedway.
