Test and Tune Closed to General Public

Test and Tune Closed to General Public

Following the City of Meridian’s 15 day Social Distancing order put in place by Mayor Simison, the annual Test and Tune session scheduled for Saturday, March 28, at Meridian Speedway will be closed to the public.

Access to pit road will be available for limited numbers of participants beginning at 11 am, with track time available from noon to 5 pm.

Participants in Saturday’s Test and Tune will set up in every-other pit stall. These unused stalls will double the minimum distance between groups allowed to a full 12 feet. No pit stall shall have more than 5 persons attending to any specific duties, a measure that also reduces by half the maximum number of persons allowed per group.

All activities on property will be monitored by appointed Social Distancing Marshalls. Any violators will be removed from property as compliance with the standing City of Meridian order is our utmost priority.

As is common knowledge to all, older persons and those with pre-existing respiratory condition or autoimmune deficiency should not attempt to participate in this private test and tune.

For those unable to participate due to the Social Distancing Order, a live stream of on track activity will be available through the ‘Race Traxx’ Facebook page. The link will be shared on the Meridian Speedway website and all other social media outlets.
