Trunk or Treat Yourself to a Full Saturday Night of Action
Things get spooky at Meridian Speedway on Saturday, October 25, as the quarter-mile asphalt oval hosts the Trunk or Treat Championship Races. We kick off the day’s festivities with a free Trunk or Treat in the pit area from noon to 1:30 p.m. before gates open at 2:30 p.m. and racing goes green at 3:00 p.m. The Idaho CDL Training Street Stocks run three 33 lap features to close out their 2025 campaign, while the Boise Bath and Kitchen Company Mini Stocks, Project Filter Pro-4s, Trammel Construction Stingers, and Idaho Asphalt Services Hornets do battle for their final Trammel Construction trophies of the season.
With three features on tap, no point lead is safe in the Idaho CDL Training Street Stock division. Andrew Palmer enters the night with a slim 25 point advantage over Scott Groom, the only other competitor to tally multiple feature victories this season. With nearly thirty Idaho CDL Training Street Stocks expected to crowd the quarter-mile Saturday, anything could--and probably will—happen. Don’t miss out on this thrilling triple header!
Boise Bath and Kitchen Company Mini Stock point leader Morgan Trammel rolls into the Trunk or Treat Championship Races with an all but insurmountable 151 point lead over Chase Parker. But the battle is on for third as Travis Pavlacky and Jason Sanders stand separated by just ten markers. Watch for these two multi-time champions to pull out all the stops as they battle for the final spot on the standings podium.
Of the 77 competitors that have scored points in the Idaho Asphalt Services Hornet division in 2025 Ron Clausen stands alone. Entering Saturday Clausen holds a full 341 point advantage over second place point runner Kyla Vanderpool. Things are a little closer between Vanderpool and third place Alannah Trammel, with just one maker between the two lady racers. Keep an eye on Vanderpool’s teal number 13 and Trammel’s powder blue number 1 as they duel for runner up honors.
Alannah Trammel leads the Project Filter Pro-4s to green Saturday night. Despite still looking for her first feature win of the season, Trammel has built a sixteen point lead over second place runner Niko Heinzel.
Trammel’s brother Michael leads the Trammel Construction Stinger standings as the future speedway stars enter Saturday’s action. Trammel holds a 26 point lead over Kalli Weller as the pair speed to the championship green flag.
General admission to the Trunk or Treat Championship Races is just $15 for adults, $13 for seniors and military members, $9 for kids 7-11, and free for kids 6 and under. Purchase your tickets online before midnight on Friday, October 24, and save on adult, military, and senior tickets.
