Join the Speedway Team for 2026
Meridian Speedway is gearing up for an exciting 2026 race season—and we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable team members to join us! With our first event set for April 4, now is the perfect time to become part of the action at one of Idaho’s favorite racing destinations.
We have multiple positions available, offering flexible scheduling, a fun event-driven atmosphere, and great opportunities to gain experience (or build on what you already have).
--Available Positions--
CONCESSIONS TEAM
Age Requirement: 14 years or older
Pay: Starting at $13 per hour + tips
Schedule: Event nights, typically 4–6 hours, 1–2 times per week
Duties Include:
Cashiering
Filling and preparing customer orders
Providing friendly, positive customer service
No experience is necessary—we’ll train you! This is a great summer job with very flexible scheduling. Check out our season schedule to see event dates.
COOK
Pay: DOE, starting at $13 per hour
Schedule: 10–12 hour shifts, 1–2 times per week
Duties Include:
Prepping and cooking all menu items
Maintaining proper food temperatures
Communicating with cashiers and team members
Keeping a clean and organized work area
Bringing a positive, upbeat attitude to the team
Some cooking experience is preferred, but we’re happy to fully train the right candidate.
SECURITY
Age Requirement: 18 years or older
Pay: DOE, starting at $15 per hour
Schedule: Event days, 6–8 hours per event
Duties Include:
Assisting fans at ticket check-in
Conducting bag checks
Helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment
This position offers opportunity for growth and is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced setting.
